When it comes to building a new home, we want your building journey to be as enjoyable as possible. From initial design to receiving the keys to your dream home, our team is proud to support you every step of the way.

1.Style

Arrange an appointment with one of our experienced Design Consultants to speak further and tailor make a package and design that best suits your needs.  Please advise us if you have any of the following documents: Linen Plans, DP details, BAL report (Bushfire Attack Level) (if applicable), Section 10.7 Planning Certificate, 88b instrument (if applicable).

Note: This would form part of your land contract details 米6体育平台 will undertake the following activities (subject to availability of your property details): Initial Site Assessment, Preliminary Quote Request (PQR), Discuss what you are looking for in a new home & your budget, Walk through of our display homes, Demonstrate Inclusions & quality, Discuss the various Home options available.

2. Design

Your design consultant will work together with you to best advise which ZAC option will provide the most efficient path in delivery of your new home.

• FAST TRACK – The fastest path to tender with the quickest turnaround times (no structural changes)
• MY STYLE –  Modify an existing design to suit your lifestyle, block and budget (minimal structural changes)
• TAILORED APPROACH – Work closely with our experienced in-house Designers to craft a design that is perfect for your lifestyle and block (complete flexibility) 

Each option will either allow more changes or speedier times for you to reach approval stage. Upon receipt of the initial deposit, 米6体育平台 will organise the following crucial activities: Contour Survey by a registered surveyor, Site inspection by our construction team, Bore Hole report by a registered engineer, Concept Plans, Sewer Diagram, Certificate 10.7, Tender, Water Diagram.

3. Tender

Once your design, inclusions and options are confirmed we can proceed to preparing your ZAC Tender document. The Tender document will also list all site costs, BASIX’s and everything else associated and included within your build. with the acceptance of your Tender, a tender acceptance fee is made and locked for 270 days with promotion allowances fixed. You will then make an appointment with your Sales Consultants for Contract Signing (Allow 1 week & prepare the balance of 5%) and complete a customer service experience survey that will be sent to you via email.

4. Contract

A contract presentation pack will now be prepared for your review and acceptance. Once signed and balance of 5% is received you will visit our Head Office to begin the next stage. 米6体育平台 will prepare and present the following: HIA Contract, Final Plans & Tender, New Home warranty Insurance, Organise handover from Sales to your dedicated customer service relations officer, Welcome call from your designated customer service relations officer.
